
Karen Rose has worked in education for 20 years. After working as both a classroom teacher and district math coach, she shifted to her current role, working in curriculum in the Educational Service Center system, in 2014. Karen encourages a positive environment and high morale among staff and colleagues and continues to improve educational programs, providing professional development and support for teachers and administrators. As part of her work, she is a member of Ohio’s Regional Data Lead team, is a state trainer for Ohio’s evaluation systems, was a leader in OESCA’s Reframing Education initiative, and is currently co-chairing the OESCA Reframing Education Progress Network. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she dedicates her time to the community through various volunteer organizations and community service events.
